The engineers at Patterson closely examined the curves and efficiency points of their competition and succeeded
in designing and delivering a product that outperforms most of the other pumps on the market today.
Patterson HVAC pumps come standard with OSHA coupling guards that are easy to open and close, solid
structural steel bases that do not require grouting, mechanical seal flush lines, pump wear rings, lubrication fittings
and premium efficiency motors. The motors adhere to the requirements of the Northeast Premium Efficiency
Motor Initiative for local electrical rebates.
Together, EPS and Patterson take quality to a new level. Every pump is run through a hydrostatic test and
impellers are computer balanced before they are painted and crated for shipment. Once installed in the field, EPS
makes sure that the pumps are not supporting piping and the shafts can spin freely by hand. We verify proper
pump rotation and perform a laser alignment on all base mounted pumps. It is this passion for quality that shows
our commitment to engineers, contractors and owners and is the only reason why EPS can offer a limited 3 year
warranty on every Patterson Pump.
